- P-400U – A lightly filled epoxy system with very good chemical resistance. It is an excellent product for tanks or other projects because of its good all around chemical resistance and ease of application. It is applied using airless spray or by hand using brush, roller, or squeegee. The material is generally applied in two or three layers of alternating colors but film thickness of 30 mils can be achieved in one coat.
- P-400U ¼ THIX – A lightly filled epoxy system with very good chemical resistance. The material is formulated as a thinner version of the P-400U and is generally used as a primer in situations where achieving optimal surface profile is not possible or practical. Applied film thicknesses of 10 mils can be achieved in one coat.
- P-400UF – A lightly filled epoxy system with very good chemical resistance. It is formulated as a fast curing material for quick immersion service in water. It may be applied by hand using brush, roller, or squeegee. The material is generally applied in two or three layers of alternating colors but film thickness of 30 mils can be achieved in one coat. Because this material is fast curing, it is often used for repairs to Plastocor’s other coating systems.
- P-400U HE – A lightly filled epoxy system with very good chemical resistance. It is a moderately fast curing material which is suited to smaller projects such as heat exchange equipment, pumps, valves and small repair areas of larger lining installations. It is generally applied by hand using brush, roller, or squeegee. The material is generally applied in two or three layers of alternating colors but film thickness of 30 mils can be achieved in one coat.
- P-2000U – A highly filled epoxy system with excellent chemical resistance. It is an excellent product for rebuilding and protecting the cooling waterside of condenser tubesheets and similar equipment. It can be used for all ferrous and non-ferrous metals and concrete surfaces immersed in water. It can be easily applied in thick layers and sanded or ground down to a desired contour or level.
- P-TG – A highly filled epoxy system with excellent chemical resistance. The P-TG is similar to the P-2000U except that it is faster curing.
- P-2000UF – A highly filled epoxy system with excellent chemical resistance. It is a fast curing material for quick immersion service in water, and is an excellent product for patching damaged coatings.
- SAR – A highly filled ceramic epoxy putty which is designed for abrasive environments which are also subject to aggressive chemical attack. Heavily filled with aluminum oxide for abrasion resistance, this product may be built up to an inch or more in a succession of layers. SAR can be used to rebuild badly eroded and corrode cast iron, steel and other metallic and non-metallic surfaces.
- SAR UW – A modified version of the SAR material which can be applied underwater or on damp surfaces.
- DUROCAULK – An elastomeric poly-sulfide based epoxy system, which is designed to be used as a flexible repair and caulking compound. It is used primarily to fill expansion joints and cover joints.
